Most flood lights, like the Compact Floodlight with PIR Sensor, are wall mounted and adjustable so the light can be directed to where it is needed.
Some security lights can also include PIR sensors, such as the Elipta Kensington PIR Outdoor Wall Light. PIR lights are more energy efficient than standard security lights as they only illuminate when nearby motion is detected. The timing settings for these lights can also be adjusted to lengthen or shorten the time period the light is on for once motion is detected.
