This Lighting Control Module (LCM) provides 4 wirelessly controllable outputs each rated at up to 500W and suitable for all load types. It provides flexible control for any lighting circuit or pump and is quickly configurable as a simple switch, group (zone) or scene controller, with 29 zone memories for individual circuits or zones and a master on/off. All channels can be programmed as a switched or dimmable output: user dimming can be enabled if the total load is under 500w per channel (2kw) total. The dimming mode provides a soft-on, soft-off feature with filament pre-heating, which can greatly increases lamp life. The separately fused outputs are fully protected against over current and over temperature. Large 10mm cable terminations, standard (20mm) gland cut-outs and an earth bonded gland-chassis simplify installation. The built-in signal-strength indicator, zero-volt mains switching and power-on surge protection all enhance reliability. Lid-on programming speeds commissioning and reduces the risk of water ingress during installation.
| How to use it | The Lighting Control Module (LCM) 'hears' the wireless commands from any of Light Symphony's 1000meter controllers, such as the remote control or wireless wall-switch pictured above. The Garden On/Off button will switch all outputs together, providing a convenient master control. Each output can also be separately assigned to one of 29 memories for switching individual circuits or creating wireless zones, to provide individual control. For larger systems, limitless LCM's may be used together to create flexible lighting zones or scenes. If a base-station is installed, it will also hear commands from the remote control or wall-switch and echo them. The Lighting Control Modules will 'hear' both signals, significantly increasing the range and reliability. |
